The South Texas Sinus Institute: solving sinus problems and treating ear, nose, and throat conditions.
Hello. I’m Blake Hensler with South Texas Sinus Institute. Trouble sleeping is something that can be a very debilitating issue. There are many causes for restless sleep. One of the most common is nasal congestion which contributes to sleep apnea.
Sleep apnea is a chronic condition that disrupts your sleep. When your nighttime breathing becomes inadequate it can lead tochronic fatigue. Many times it is caused by nasal congestion. When a person suffering from allergies lies down and goes to sleep they get a shift of blood to the head that can cause additional congestion. This contributes to snoring, sleep apnea, and sinus problems. Fortunately there is a procedure that can restore both day and nighttime breathing so you don’t suffer from a restless night. There are solutions. For South Texas Sinus Institute, I am Blake Hensler.
